Werkzaamheden

  • Support the International Graduate rotation cycle

  • Streamlining and automating operational processes

  • Analyse current operational processes especially the finance process within Reward team

  • Co-design process improvements that lead to increased efficiency, and less margin for error

  • Provide operational support in Global Mobility and benchmarking topics

Gewenste profiel

  • University/HBO (Dutch Business School) or equivalent with specialisation in Human Resources.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products

  • An effective teammate able to constructively suggest improvements and ability to work independently
