Appropriate compensation, mobility budget to be discussed
The main objective of the assignment would be concept development for a new online incentive platform product. The assignment flow would take the following form:
Company onboarding and background to assignment
Research and categorization of existing online/mobile incentive products on the international market. Some work has been done on this already.
Review of initial definition of Qurus concept online/mobile incentive platform product
Define the potential different user groups of Qurus concept online/mobile incentive platform product and undertake initial market research for some/all user groups to determine user requirements, market positioning etc.
Document all of above in User Requirements document draft go to market plan
Depending on the projects that are running during their time with us we would aim to give the student some live project experience which might involve:
Newsletter communication development
Template email development
Client partner calls
Annual refresh of company marketing plan
We are a dutch based company with clients who operate nationally and internationally, so excellent written and spoken english is a must.
Students should have an interest in the every growing world of online/mobile pay as you use services coupled with some basic knowledge/interest in the mechanics of sales incentives and incentive programs.
Students should be willing to learn from the experience and knowledge within the Qurus team to create a solid project foundation. They should bring to the table the knowledge and processes they have studied at university to collectively bring all of our knowledge in this area several steps higher.
