Cityden currently service 120 handpicked apartments for business- ans leisure guests, with this number expected to rise significantly with the launch of new locations in the coming year. Every apartment building is either in possession by private ownership or long term lease.

Cityden fuses the freedom of a city apartment with the best facilities of a hotel: 24 hours concierge, delivery and collection of keys, on-side personal welcome, city information as well as a number of additional services from daily cleaning and airport transfers to a full fridge on arrival.

Cityden ensures that all the apartments fulfill certain requirements to ensure its quality, condition and a prime location. Principles for Cityden locations are (besides all the necessary licenses and safety requirements) are complete buildings without mixed use functions at the best locations in Amsterdam.

During your internship you will be given lot's of guidance in terms of guetst service experience, management field, facilities but also you will experience needed ''indepenedence'' when dealing promptly with guests' inquiries.

Your progress will be supervisored by one of our operational manager and you will be fully involved in operational matters including ongoing projects. You will be part of the journey of Cityden where your voice will matter.
