At MYLAPS International Headquarters in Haarlem, we are looking for 2 Sales Interns starting August/September 2021:

Introduction:

As market leader in sports timing we are dividing our market into two categories: Motorsports and Active Sports. The crisis due to Covid-19 gave us new insights and challenges. Therefore, we like to add 2 commercial interns to our team, who will do a demarcated project under the mentorship of 2 dedicated Regional Sales Managers.

The assignment:

1) Analyses of (new) potential in the market in various active sports disciplines such as running and cycling, including, of course, an updated analysis of our competition
2) Assisting in bringing our sales planning and pipeline management to the next level
3) Day-to-day sales support duties to gain experience in the non-direct sales activities

Your profile:

• You are 2nd or 3rd year Higher Vocational Education student in a commercial field such as International Business or Commercial (Sports) Economy
• You are available for this internship 4 or 5 days a week for a minimal period of 4 months
• You are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Turkish or Polish. English and one of those languages is mandatory for this internship
• You need to have affinity with active sports to be successful in this internship
• You are analytical, a team player and you are articulate and a self-starter
• You live in The Netherlands
• You have excellent Microsoft office skills in particular Excel
