Position
As an Intern for the People/HR EMEA region, you will be working for our People/HR Services department. This position is based in Almere, but you will also be working partly remotely.\ Â
What does People/HR Services department do:

Provide first line support to managers and employees active in 9 different countries, managing and providing HR information,

Work with our recruiters and mobility team, ensure compliance and taking care of continuous improvement of the function.

You will also be a part of our global HR community working hand in hand with two Senior HR Generalists and Head of HR Europe.
Werkzaamheden
Responsibilities
-
The main focus is on support running and improving several HR processes like hiring, transfer, mobility and exits for employees.

You will also support our HR administration cycle
-
Additionally, you will be expected to find your way around our data and HR analytics requests.
Gewenste profiel
Who are you?
-
You are a Bachelor / Masters student in HRM, Business or related area, based in the Netherlands
-
You are available for an internship starting February 2023 for a period of at least 5/6 months
-
You have excellent English-language skills; Dutch and other languages would be an advantage
-
You are pro-active, analytical and have can-do mentality

You are a great colleague that wants to be part of a small and ambitious team in which we know how to work hard, rely on and care for each other.
