Become our next Client Success Coordinator Intern in our wonderful Amsterdam Office! We hire for September 2023!

Werkzaamheden

Responsibilities and outcome:

• Gaining knowledge of how to transfer the client's vision and goals to internal resources and the client's team
• Regularly communicating with the internal and external teams
• Ensuring the project stays on track, managing schedules, forecasting resources based on the project plan, and enhancing the client experience and success
• Collaborating with multiple internal departments such as Sales, Product, Design, Development, and Support Team
• Supporting the configuration of the solution to meet the client's needs and drive value for their organization

Gewenste profiel

Who are you?:

• An organizer with a creative mind who wants to learn and grow
• Not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and challenge the status quo
• A team player, both on and off the field
• A people person who always tries to find the best solution for the client and the company.
• Experience and interest in communication, customer care, and project management (perhaps you are even interested in software and apps 😉)
• Studying a degree in communication, project management, or IT
• Working experience within Retail, Hospitality, etc., is a plus 
• Ideally, you are in the final semester of your education, as we hope to engage in a long-term collaboration after your internship ends 🙌
• Impeccable Dutch and English skills, both verbal and written 🇳🇱 🇬🇧
