Join dit bedrijf as a recruitment intern and dive into a dynamic role within our Graduate Recruitment team, alongside five colleagues. You'll also assist our Experienced Trading & Business Support Recruiter and Technology Recruiter. Responsibilities include reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidates and managers. You'll use our Applicant Tracking System daily and work on process improvement projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's student in relevant fields, graduating in 2025, available for internship between August 2024 and February 2025, strong communicator with organizational skills, fluent in English. Werkzaamheden

• You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• You will use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily to update candidate information regularly and in line with GDPR;
• You will join (international) Graduate Recruitment Events and help promote our brand;
• You will work on your very own, process-improvement, strategic project;

Gewenste profiel

• You study a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field;
• You graduate in 2025 (preferably February);
• You are available for an internship between August 2024 and February 2025;
• You are a strong communicator with an eye for detail and are able to prioritize;
• You have strong organizational, time management, hands-on and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask;
• You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Having experience with Microsoft Outlook is desirable;
