Internship Description
As an intern in the Strategy & Post Merger Integration department, you will gain an in-depth understanding of strategic planning and the execution of post-merger integration processes within our company. This observational internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior strategists and project managers. You will actively participate in analyzing merger and acquisition opportunities, preparing strategic plans, and supporting the implementation of integration processes.

Werkzaamheden

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of strategic plans and business analyses.
• Participate in and take minutes during strategic meetings and workshops.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
• Contribute to the development of integration strategies and conduct market research.
• Assist in optimizing internal processes within the department.

• Gain insights into the dynamics of mergers and acquisitions.
