Werkzaamheden

This is what a day looks like

Once you arrive at our office, we drink a cup of coffee (or tea) with the team and you start up with your day. During the day you speak to customers / partners who have questions about their charging station(s) of charging card(s). At noon we will have lunch and go for a walk. In the afternoon you will process all the orders from our customers and partners and play a game of ping pong with your colleague. At the end of the week, we all gather for a drink in our own bar!

Your tasks:

• Building and maintaining customer relationships;
• Handling questions and orders;
• Keep customer database up to date;
• Identifying the wishes and needs of both existing and potential customers.
• Finding opportunities to optimize our processes.

Gewenste profiel

Who we are looking for:

• You are following an HBO study in Commercial Economics or Business Administration;
• You are looking for an internship;
• You are ambitious and a team player;
• You are customer-oriented and commercial;
• Finally, you have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
• Start day: August/September for 20-24 weeks
