Dit bedrijf is a leading international company in water purification for industry. We sell, design, build and install equipment for water treatment. Our systems are tailor-made. Examples are sea water desalination for drinking water, reuse of waste water and the production of ultrapure water (demineralised water)

Werkzaamheden

Your main responsibilities include: • Providing first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person. • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. • Assisting with user account management (password resets, permissions, etc.). • Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices. • Documenting support tickets and resolutions. • Helping with basic IT training for employees

Gewenste profiel

What We’re Looking For Education & Experience:

• IT-related degree, certification, or relevant experience (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, etc.). 
• Some experience in helpdesk support is a plus but not required. Skills & Competencies: 
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows environment. 
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and side by side. 
• Eager to learn and develop into a Junior System Administrator rol
