dit bedrijf is a code boutique. We craft digital experiences for brands that want to hold attention. We have built work for Dior, Heineken, Nike, Converse, Inter Milan, Histor and SKKY Partners, and we are now growing our direct relationships with brands.

That growth is where you come in. This is a hands-on commercial role inside a small studio, working directly with the founders. We will give you real responsibility and real targets. You will see how a high-end studio finds, approaches and wins the brands it wants to work with, and you will help shape that process while you are here.

We are a very human team. We get that you are here to learn, and we treat you that way. You will have room to ask questions and grow into the role. At the same time, expect to be challenged. You will own things, make mistakes, and figure out what works.

Werkzaamheden

What you will do

• Co-manage the CRM so the pipeline reflects reality
• Run outreach, both cold and warm, to brands and decision makers
• Build targeted lead lists of the companies and people we want to reach
• Set up & optimize automation that makes outreach and follow-up faster
• Help design our sales flow, from first contact to closed deal
• Help structure the wider sales process so it scales
• Come up with new ways to reach prospects, through events, stunts, advertising and anything else that gets attention
