This company is a PropTech SaaS giving Dutch home buyers AI-powered property analysis and bid strategy — a faster, cheaper alternative to a traditional aankoopmakelaar. 
EasyExpat Makelaars is our parent real estate brokerage serving expats in Almere and the surrounding area. 
We're a lean, bootstrapped team — you'll have real ownership from day one.

Werkzaamheden

You'll play a real part in both our sales and marketing efforts — not one or the other. We're looking for a hunter as much as a creative: someone who gets energy from closing a deal, but can also plan and shoot the content that brings the lead in the first place.

What you'll do

Sales

• Support lead follow-up for SmartKoop users and EasyExpat inbound — email, WhatsApp, calls
• Help prepare offers/pitches for prospective clients
• Prospect and reach out to new potential customers — real acquisition, not just admin
• Track a simple funnel snapshot (lead → trial/viewing → paid/closed) and flag drop-off

Marketing

• Plan, run, and analyze campaigns across channels (social, email, paid)
• Create content for both brands — reels, stories, posts, short-form video (Dutch + English)
• Manage our social channels day-to-day: post, respond to comments/DMs, build community
• Spot market/content trends and translate them into formats that fit our brands

Market research

• Research what competitors and similar PropTech/real estate brands are doing, and flag opportunities

As you grow into the role, your responsibilities expand with you — strong on sales support? You'll move into owning more of the full sales cycle. Marketing your thing? You get more freedom and budget to run campaigns and content independently.

Gewenste profiel

What we're looking for

• Fluent Dutch and English
• Proactive and self-directed — comfortable without a lot of hand-holding
• Strong communicator, commercially minded
• Comfortable writing persuasive, concise copy
• Personal or demonstrated social media reach (2k+ followers preferred; 5k+ a plus)
• Interest in real estate, SaaS, or startups

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or AI content tools
• Experience with email/WhatsApp outreach tools or basic CRM
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or growth
