Together with our strategic partners we aim to improve and develop our offers continuously. We are currently looking for a sustainability reporting intern at our international service office in Amsterdam, who is up for the challenge.

Werkzaamheden

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and key suppliers to align project goals and expectations.

●        Coordinate project timelines and track milestones to ensure on-time deliveries.

●        Organize weekly meetings to align on interactive goals and project support.

●        Research and evaluate project management systems (PM systems); support implementation and ongoing usage.

●        Analyze the effectiveness of project processes using key performance indicators (KPIs).

●        Schedule and attend meetings; take meeting minutes and contribute to writing and updating project status reports.

●        Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure flawless execution.

●        Brainstorm and propose ideas for improving process development across all ONE HUNDRED locations.

●        Conduct market research to support building strategic partnerships.

●        Share insights and suggestions to enhance partnership development efforts.

●        Assist in implementing new well-being services for users of the ONE HUNDRED concep

Gewenste profiel

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven student in Facility Management, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Business IT & Management. You are a confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, fluent in English, and comfortable working with Google Workspace and tools like JIRA and Trello. Detail-oriented and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments, work well both independently and in a team, and are always eager to take on new challenges
